Chapter 1 General Provisions
- To ensure the normal operation of the Software, optimize service quality and fulfill compliance obligations, the Operator may collect, use and store relevant information of Users. By using the Software, Users shall be deemed to have agreed that the Operator processes their information in accordance with these Terms.
- The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Privacy Terms according to business development and adjustments of laws and regulations. After amendment, the Operator shall notify Users via software pop‑ups, official website announcements or other means. The amended Terms shall take effect 24 hours after the notice is issued. Continued use of the Software by Users shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
- These Terms collect User information in accordance with the principle of “minimum necessity” and ensure the basic security of User information. However, the Operator shall not be liable for information leakage caused by non‑Operator reasons such as User’s own disclosure or third‑party infringement.
Chapter 2 Scope of Information Collection
(The Operator reserves the right to collect information reasonably)
- Device Information: To ensure the normal operation of the Software and resolve compatibility issues, the Operator may collect information such as User’s device model, system version, hardware ID, IP address and network type for technical optimization and troubleshooting.
- Usage Information: Collect User’s software usage records (including but not limited to usage duration, operation behavior, function usage frequency, etc.) to optimize software functions and improve service quality, without separate notice to Users.
- Authorization Information: If Users use the Feishu integration function, the Operator will collect User’s Feishu authorization information (only for implementing the integration function; core private information such as Feishu account passwords and chat records will not be collected). The use scope of authorization information shall be subject to relevant Feishu rules and these Terms.
- Other Information: Feedback, contact information and other information voluntarily submitted by Users for handling feedback and providing technical support.
- The Operator reserves the right to adjust the scope of information collection when necessary in accordance with the Shenzhen Guidelines on Strengthening Personal Information Protection of Applications (2025 Edition) and other relevant provisions without obtaining separate consent from Users.
Chapter 3 Use and Sharing of Information
- Use of Information: The Operator reserves the right to use collected User information for software operation, technical optimization, troubleshooting, service promotion, compliance review, etc., without further consent from Users. The Operator may anonymize User information for operational analysis, industry research, etc. Anonymized information does not involve User’s personal identity.
- Information Sharing: The Operator reserves the right to share User information under the following circumstances without obtaining User consent:(1) Required by laws, regulations or regulatory authorities to submit User information to relevant authorities;(2) Share necessary information with affiliated companies and cooperative service providers to ensure the normal operation of the Software and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Operator (cooperative service providers shall abide by these Terms and shall not disclose or abuse User information without authorization);(3) Provide User information to third parties or regulatory authorities to pursue liability for Users’ violations or infringements;(4) When the Software business is transferred, merged or liquidated, User information shall be transferred to the successor party, which shall continue to abide by these Terms.
Chapter 4 Storage and Security of Information
- Information Storage: The Operator reserves the right to determine the storage method (local storage, cloud storage, etc.) and storage period of User information. Upon expiration of the storage period, the Operator reserves the right to unilaterally delete User information without notice and without any liability.
- Information Security: The Operator shall take reasonable security measures (including but not limited to encryption, firewalls, authority management, etc.) to protect User information from disclosure, tampering or loss, but does not guarantee absolute security of information. The Operator shall not be liable for any compensation if information leakage occurs due to non‑Operator reasons such as force majeure, third‑party infringement or User’s own disclosure.
- Users have the right to inquire and correct their own non‑sensitive information. Inquiries and corrections shall be submitted with relevant supporting materials. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally review and decide whether to approve such requests, and the review period shall be determined by the Operator at its sole discretion. If Users request deletion of information, the Operator reserves the right to decide whether to delete such information and the time limit for deletion according to business needs and compliance requirements, and shall not be liable for any failure to delete in a timely manner.
Chapter 5 User Obligations Relating to Personal Information
- Users shall ensure that the information submitted is true, accurate and complete. Any losses caused by false or incomplete information shall be borne by Users themselves, and the Operator shall not be liable.
- Users shall properly keep their own information and shall not disclose it to third parties. The Operator shall not be liable for any abuse or disclosure of information caused by Users’ own disclosure.
- Users agree that the Operator processes their information in accordance with these Terms. If Users disagree, they shall immediately stop using the Software; otherwise, they shall be deemed to have accepted the information processing rules.
Chapter 6 Disclaimer
- Any information security problems caused by Users’ own operational errors, information disclosure, device loss or other reasons shall be borne by Users themselves, and the Operator shall not be liable for any compensation.
- The Operator shall not be liable for User information leakage, tampering or loss caused by non‑Operator reasons such as third‑party infringement, malicious attacks, network failures or force majeure. Users shall pursue claims against third parties on their own.
- The Operator fulfills its information protection obligations within a reasonable scope. Users shall understand any deviations in information processing caused by technical limitations, compliance requirements or other reasons, and the Operator shall not be liable therefor.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect losses suffered by Users due to information leakage (including but not limited to expected benefits, mental damage, etc.).
